I enjoy and have had success working with a range of clients including adolescents, adults and children and particularly take pleasure in working with families, through a combination of cognitive-behavioural therapy, hypnotherapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and Acceptance, Commitment Therapy (ACT) methods.
I aim to bring loving kindness to my counselling sessions; and my personal experience is that the simple act of putting feelings into words is healing in itself.
My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and to live a life that is worth celebrating.
